It offers VSAT network products; uplink components, including amplifiers, up/down converters, radio frequency transmitters, redundancy control unit, and frame relay access devices; mobile antenna systems, including antenna subsystems, satellite news gathering vehicles, and antenna control units; defence products, including multi-band satellite ground terminals and key SatCom system components; technology platforms; and customer services, including engineering and design, project management and implementation, support, and training. The company also offers solutions, distance learning, border control, maritime networks, backup networks, cellular networks, satellite communication networks, network management systems, mobile satellite solutions, fixed satellite solutions, and corporate business continuity. Its solutions are used in various areas, including government and administration, telecommunications, defense, enterprises, broadcast and media.

1. Internet service

1.1 Dedicted services: Comtech - CDM-570L Satellite Modems

        The CDM-570L are entry-level satellite modems that provide industry leading performance and flexibility in a 1 RU package at a very competitive price. It is the platform of choice for Network Operators, Enterprise users, Service Providers, Broadcasters and Government users for a wide range of applications – Cellular Backhaul over IP, Voice-over-IP (VoIP), LAN/WAN connectivity, Satellite News Gathering (SNG), Communication-on-the-Move, Maritime, Off-shore applications etc.Designed to address the market for low-cost terminals, the modems are available with 70/140 MHz or L-band IF and EIA-530/-422, V.35, EIA-232 and G.703 data interfaces. An optional Internet Protocol (IP) Module with 10/100BaseT Ethernet port is available for IP centric applications.The advanced FPGA-based architecture along with the internal Flash memory allows for easy field upgrades via the Ethernet port.

 

1.2 Sharded services : iDirect

        iDirect is the industry leader in satellite-based broadband access solutions delivering all the benefits of high speed IP networking beyond the constraints of traditional landline networks. Developed specifically to meet the communication needs of satellite customers, iDirect powered networks deliver the speed, performance and flexibility to fulfill the most demanding requirements of today's end users - anywhere.
The iDirect iNFINITI series product line includes the 3000, 5000 and 7000 series of remote VSAT routers supporting different levels of user requirements. All members of the iDirect iNFINITI series are able to deliver broadband access of up to 18 Mbps downstream, and 4.2 Mbps upstream. Networks based on the iDirect iNFINITI series will allow for scalability to hundreds of PCs (based on bandwidth).

 

The ViaSat LinkStar S system is a two way, bandwidth on demand broadband VSAT system designed around the DVB RCS standard for service providers, ISPs, and corporate networks.

 

The Nera SatLink 1000 is a DVB-RCS compliant Indoor Unit (IDU) designed for connecting a single user or an end-user LAN to a DVB-RCS satellite network. The design is compact, lap-top sized, making it well suited for placement on the office desk in a SOHO environment.

 

LinkStar S2 brings more efficiency and higher data rates to the market than other TDMA systems. The LinkStar S2 Broadband VSAT System combines broadband access and a high speed return channel to satisfy bandwidth intensive applications using IP data over any fixed satellite.
20% greater bandwidth efficiency than Linkstar S, More available data transmission for customers with the same conditions as Linkstar S and Cheaper service cost for provider and customer with the same performance and results as Linkstar S system.
